Absolutely amazing! Very safe relaxed vibe Ordered a mudslide mocha and it was so good, the atmosphere was so chill with lots of comfy seats and space, great music to vibe to and even magazines. First time going and it has made such a good first impression, I'm obsessed.😍
Diksha gave us fantastic service! She smiled and was receptive of our feedback. I prefer great customer service over what the food tasted like! Her service made my coffee taste great!
As a daily drive thru customer, I am extremely happy with both the service and the coffee itself. The team are all so lovely and efficient, and I am always met with smile. Being able to drive-thru on my way to work is an added bonus - quick and easy with the friendliest service! Coffee tastes great too. Highly recommend.
Had the all day breakfast and a coffee here, great value for the big breakfast against other establishments. Nice a quiet, clean dining area and the toilet is clean!
2 visits in 2 days and 2 completely different experiences 🤔 Yesterday I came in and ordered the Biscoff drink - there were 3 lovely female staff who were so friendly and polite, asked if I would like coffee and cream, brought my drinks to the table. Today I came in and ordered the same drink - the female staff member (who wasn’t working yesterday) did not look at me once when taking my order, didn’t ask if I would like coffee or cream. Had to come to counter and collect drinks - then had to take back to ask for the sprinkles that come with the coffee. Then when handed the drinks back one was dribbling down the cup. Today’s visit was very disappointing. It’s interesting how individual staff can make or break a business.
Thank you Amelia for your great service this morning. So bright and cheerful. Such delicious banana bread you suggested. I will be back for more.
Awesome customer service, super friendly and helpful staff. Their hot chocolate beverages are the bee's knees. Thanks guys.
